We have a small staff team based in Lusaka, Zambia – in addition to staff based in the country desks.

 

Mr. Faustin Vuningoma is finalizing his Masters degree in business administration of Maastricht School of Management (thesis stage), has a bachelors degree in administrative sciences from Kigali independent University and various training certificates.  Faustin was Executive Director for CCOAIB- umbrella organization of Rwandan NGOs in development, held board position on the East Africa Civil Society Organizations forum and SaferRwanda, a member of ECOSOC African Union and has also served as independent consultant. He has been actively involved in different international networks like International Council of Social Welfare (ICSW), CIVICUS and SaferWorld. He was once a teacher, social worker and district mayor. He has vast experience in organizational development and management, planning, research, fundraising, lobby and advocacy


 

 




Matthews Musyani, Finance and Administration Officer
Mr Musyani is an ACCA associate and a member of the Zambia Institute of Certified Accountants (ZICA).  He has 13 years’ work experience with seven years in accounting and administration functions, four in auditing and two in the banking sector.

 

 

 

 


Russell Phiri, Finance Assistant
Mr Phiri has 11 years’ experience with the corporate and development sector in finance management, programme/project development and management, policy setting, advocacy, networking and partnership building. Mr Phiri has a diploma with the Accounts Association of Accounting Technicians and is part-qualified and in the process of completing the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification. He is a registered member of ZICA. He is also has a certificate in monitoring and evaluation

 

 

 


Agnes Yawe, CAL Officer (Campaign, Advocacy and Lobbying)
Ms Yawe has 13 years’ work experience in designing and leading policy advocacy engagements targeted at local, national, regional and international levels; in targeted documentation; monitoring and evaluation; and fundraising. She has an MA in social sector planning and management from Makerere University and a diploma in NGO management from Galilee College, Israel.

 

 

 

 


Wilfred Miga, Agriculture and Rural Development Officer
Mr Miga has been involved in rural development work for the past 10 years. His work has involved training and supporting small-scale farmers in Zimbabwe and Malawi on sustainable agriculture, permaculture and organic farming. He has developed module, manual and curriculum content on permaculture, organic farming and sustainable technologies. Mr Miga has a BSc in agriculture management, a post-graduate diploma in project management, a diploma in education, specialising in agriculture, and a certificate in agriculture.

 

 


 

Muketoi Wamunyima, Budget Tracking Project Manager, CAL support
Mr Muketoi Wamunyima has been at PELUM since the 31 May 2011, he is the Budget Tracking  Project Manager and CAL (campaign, advocacy and lobbying) support. He has an MBA and over 11 years of experience in the public sector at medium and top level management; 8 of these years were spent at the Ministry of Lands where he held the position of Senior Land officer

 

 

 


 

Martha Muzabula Kundwe, Communications and Information Intern

Ms Kundwe is the Communication and Information intern. She joined PELUM as an intern on the 31 May 2011. She has 3 years of experience in the media and a Diploma in Journalism and Public Relations.

 

 

 


 

Beauty Mukosha, Cook and Cleaner
Ms Mukosha has worked with PELUM for five years. Before that, she spent nine years working with a security organisation as a receptionist and store detective.

 

 

 

 

 


Kelvin Mwenya, Driver
Mr Mwanga has six years’ experience in automotive mechanics. He has a crafts certificate in automotive mechanics.

 

 

 

 


 

Frank Chongo, Gardener and Receptionist

Mr Chongo has worked with PELUM for one year. mIn addition, he has spent two years volunteering,  helping old people with chores in their home. Mr Chongo is taking a course in automotive mechanics

 

 

 

 

 


Mosty Choobe, Guard

Mr Choobe has been with PELUM Association since 2004, first working as a gardener and then, in 2009, becoming a guard.
