We have a small staff team based in Lusaka, Zambia – in addition to staff based in the country desks. Mr. Faustin Vuningoma is finalizing his Masters degree in business administration of Maastricht School of Management (thesis stage), has a bachelors degree in administrative sciences from Kigali independent University and various training certificates. Faustin was Executive Director for CCOAIB- umbrella organization of Rwandan NGOs in development, held board position on the East Africa Civil Society Organizations forum and SaferRwanda, a member of ECOSOC African Union and has also served as independent consultant. He has been actively involved in different international networks like International Council of Social Welfare (ICSW), CIVICUS and SaferWorld. He was once a teacher, social worker and district mayor. He has vast experience in organizational development and management, planning, research, fundraising, lobby and advocacy
